Ms. Kobika Thillainathan, Lecturer in Medical Laboratory Sciences, has awarded a fully funded research internship with wet-lab exposure. The award was in recognition of her outstanding performance at an intensive hands-on training programme on protein structure analysis and computational drug discovery, conducted by the Institute of Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, University of Colombo, and led by national and international experts from Sri Lanka, the USA, and India.
