Sumana Saseevan, Lecturer in Medical Laboratory Sciences, received a National Award for winning First Place in the Three Minute Thesis (3MT) Competition on 20 June 2023, organized by the Young Scientist Association of the National Institute of Fundamental Studies (NIFS), Kandy. The 3MT competition, developed and accredited by The University of Queensland, Australia, recognizes excellence in communicating complex research within a concise and engaging format.
