Overview
Ms. Karthiga Mayilvaganam is a Lecturer (Probationary) in the Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, University of Jaffna. She holds a B.Sc. (Honours) degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences from the University of Jaffna, with a second- class upper division in 2024.
She has progressed through academic roles as a Temporary Demonstrator and Visiting Lecturer in the Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences before assuming her current position. Her academic and research interests are primarily centred on haematology, histology, nephrology and molecular biology.
