Mentoring
Students in FAHS is given a mentor to discuss academic & related matters and personal issues to facilitate academic performance of the students. All the permanent academic staff of FAHS are assigned as mentors for students providing trusted counselling and advices. Each academic staff is given a small group of students as mentees. Mentoring process starts from the first year of the degree programme and remains as the mentors until the graduation of the students.
Mentors assist the students to find solutions for problems related with their personal lives, family, economic, academic and any others which negatively affect their education. Students are encouraged meet their mentors regularly to get the guidance in their academic life.
