The University provides a student counselling service to students of all Faculties. Student counsellors are appointed from among the academic staff to each Faculty by the Vice Chancellor. A Senior Student Counsellor coordinates the work of all the Student counsellors of the respective Faculties in sorting out their problems, be it academic or of a private nature. Besides providing counselling, Student Counsellors are responsible for maintaining overall discipline within the premises.
