- Please be present on 25th August 2020 at 8.15 am at the Hoover Auditorium (Faculty of Medicine, University of Jaffna), Aadiyapatham Road, Kokuvil East, Jaffna. View the Location
- Please bring your own pens, water bottle, face masks, sanitizers and follow the health guidelines.
- Please note that if you need lunch on 25.08.2020 from our Canteen (inform before 23.08.2020 at 2.00 pm), the staff of FAHS can order the lunch packet and you can pay and get it from the Canteen (Ms. J. Mathanki, Contact – 0774646876).
- You can go back to your home on 27th August after completing the sessions. Consequently, the academic activities will be conducted through online teaching and learning from 31.08.2020 onwards.
- Please be kind enough to present on time and ensure your self-protection by following the health guidelines during the sessions in orientation week.
Note: Only the students are allowed into the faculty premises. Parents or guardians or relatives are not allowed into the faculty premises in order to avoid overcrowding within the faculty premises as a preventive measure against COVID-19. We expect your valuable support in this regard.
Annexure II – Regarding Hostel Facilities
Students from districts other than Jaffna can utilize our university’s student’s hostel from 24th August 2020 to 28th August 2020. Hostels are reserved according to the following schedule. Please be present at the appropriate hostel for accommodation on 24th of August. The forms regarding the hostel accommodation will be provided on 24th of August.
